There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8, NIV)
There is a time to speak up, and a time to be silent. A time to read and a time to write. A time to learn and a time to teach. A time to listen and time to be heard. A time to lose and a time to gain. And for all of these things the time in now
To every thig there is a season, a time for every purpose under the sun. A time to be born, and a time to die. A time to plant, and a time to recap. A time to weep, and I time to laugh A time to mourn, and a time to dance.

It's 8a.m. and time to rest It's 10a.m. and time to relax It's noon and time for repose It's 3p.m. and time for shut-eye It's 6p.m. and time for siesta It's 9p.m. and time to slumber It's midnight and time to snooze It's 4a.m. and time to hang upside down from your bedroom ceiling, screaming.
The most important principle in your relationship with time is that time is perishable. No one can save time. It's not like money. You can't deposit the time you don't use into an account and use it later. Time passes. Time is a constantly depleting resource. Once it's gone, it's gone, and you will never get it back.
I speak it to God: I don't really want 'more' time; I just want 'enough' time. Time to breathe deep and time to see real and time to laugh long, time to give You glory and rest deep and sing joy and just enough time in a day not to feel hounded, pressed, driven, or 'wild' to get it all done-yesterday.
There will be time, there will be time To prepare a face to meet the faces that you meet; There will be time to murder and create, And time for all the works and days of hands That lift and drop a question on your plate; Time for you and time for me, And time yet for a hundred indecisions, And for a hundred visions and revisions, Before the taking of a toast and tea.
We shall find the time. Time to grow and learn and create. Time to enjoy and love and be loved. Time to remember and laugh and cry. Time to be courageous and wise and simple. Time to explore and develop and evolve. Time to find things, lose things and re-find things. Time to live and die and be re-born. Time to hug and kiss and make love and make babies. We shall find the time. And when we do We shall find it is ENOUGH!
Impatience is a particularly dangerous habit of the heart because everything worthwhile takes time. Good marriages take time. Spiritual maturity takes time. Financial stability takes time. Effective ministry takes time. Wisdom takes time. People who are not willing to take time cannot have any of the above.
